We’ll let you know ahead of time what needs to be moved. In many cases, our crew can move light furniture (like couches, beds, and tables), but we’ll ask you to handle fragile, valuable, or personal items (electronics, art, collectibles), and to fully clear closets for those areas if needed. If full-room moving is required, we can often coordinate it with you.
Our hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Scheduling depends on product lead times and our calendar, but a good rule of thumb is 2 to 6 weeks for many projects. Stock materials can sometimes be installed sooner, while specialty orders or custom patterns may take longer. If you have a deadline, tell us and we’ll help you plan around it!

We can often do both. Hardwood is commonly repairable and may be refinished depending on thickness and condition. For many laminate and LVP floors, repairs are usually handled by replacing planks/sections (when matching material is available). We’ll evaluate your floor and recommend the most cost-effective option.
